- Bill HLaurens was great. He turned up when he promised to turn up ....and even cleaned up after himself too. He did a simple job with excellence compared to the previous plumber who did ""Just enough". I think he has saved me a few thousand dollars too as a (complimentary) safety check of the HWS showed a blocked release valve. He shall be back!!
